Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. A holding non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the date of your event for all events with over 100 adult guests attending. We send all customers a copy of our booking form to ensure we have all necessary information regarding your event.

We use the information provided in the booking form to gauge stock and staff demand so we request all forms are filled out as accurately as possible. If however
estimated guest numbers are significantly lower on the day of your event this will effect our refund policy.

Although we offer welcome drink packages and table wines, we do allow our customers to provide these themselves. We just politely ask ALL table wine/beverages are removed after the meal has ended and they remain out of reach to guests for the remainder of the event, failure to adhere to this may also effect our refund policy.

Please note all cancelled bookings are non-refundable. We do not take responsibility for the disposal of any rubbish collected at your event, although we will collect any waste collected at the bar area this will be left down to the customer to dispose of.
